Supply chain (Purchasing) Department Assistant

ZAGATO Ltd. for many years has been among the leaders in the distribution and trade of high quality vending and coffee machines and consumables and owes its success mostly to the highly qualified professionals who work for us. Currently we are looking for addition to our supply chain team.

Responsibilities:

• Entry, maintenance and submission of purchase requisitions and orders with high accuracy
• Maintain open purchase order report and provide follow-up of all delayed purchase orders
• Detect, research, and resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders and invoices
• Communicate supply lead-times and constraints with warehouse and sales teams
• Identifies opportunities to improve the purchase order process lead-times and constraints
• Create and update supplier and SKU database
• Verifies receipt of goods and services
• Monitor local inventory and follow-up
• Arrange road and sea transport
• Support other departments in resolving differences between ordered/received/invoiced


Our requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, supply chain management or other related fields
• Fluent English both written and spoken;
• Close attention to detail is essential
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Experience with ERP Systems will be advantage
• Experienced MS Office user (Excel knowledge is a must)
