Terms of delivery and payment method at checkout.
Possible types of delivery and delivery times for your orders are as follows:
For the city of Sofia with our transport, for the country with the courier company SPEEDY and ECONT, or picked up on the spot at. With our delivery by mail or at our office in Sofia, with our delivery by SPEEDE or by mail or by our office in Sofia.

Is the delivery free of charge?
Yes, for orders over 80.00 BGN for the city of Sofia, We at zagatto.com always strive to offer our customers a FREE shipping option. It will be carried out with our transport on weekdays.
If your order is under this amount the shipping cost will be 6.00 BGN.

Of course you can request delivery to the territory of Sofia and courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT. The price and delivery period will be according to the tariff calculators and conditions of both courier companies.

If I place an order, how long will it take to receive my parcel?
Orders are delivered depending on the shipping method chosen, as well as the time they are registered in our system. Orders placed on the same working day are handed over for dispatch on the next working day.

For those of you who wish to receive your ordered product(s) today we have provided EXPRESS DELIVERY. The condition is that the order is received by us by 11:00, and we will deliver it to you within the same working day by 17:00. Possibility of payment by cash on delivery only.
The price for an express order under 80 BGN is 15 BGN.
The price for an express order of OVER 80 BGN is 10 BGN.
The price for an express order made for a value OVER 500 BGN is FREE.
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email confirming dispatch.

Ok, but I'm not from Sofia what are the shipping options?
For the whole country we work with courier company: SPEEDY and EKONT.
For our customers from the country we have also provided a FREE transport option. The condition is that the value of the order is more than 100.00 BGN and to be delivered to the OFFICE of the courier company SPEEDY.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!: the FREE transport option is automatically cancelled if your order contains cardboard, plastic cups or water! This item is a bulky item and free shipping does NOT apply! You will be charged according to SPEEDY courier company's shipping rate.
We recommend that you order the mugs as a separate order from the other items!

Can I receive a shipment directly from your store located in Sofia str. I can buy my car from SPEEDI 1?
Yes, you can.
You can receive the ordered goods in the warehouse of zagatto.com.
The condition is to pick it up within three working days, and if it is not picked up it is automatically cancelled.

What are the payment methods?
The order value and shipping costs can be paid in the following ways:
You can pay by selecting cash on delivery - pay cash on delivery.
By credit or debit card.
All prices of goods are in Bulgarian lev, VAT included.
A receipt is attached to each order, and for companies we issue an invoice.
By choosing the method of payment provided for in the description above, the Customer/consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, declares consent to advance payment of the goods within the meaning of Article 53, paragraph 1 of the Act.
* In case the payment is made by bank card, the refund shall be made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 5 working days.
